He is also in charge of the Innovation Teams that are offered through the CEOtoCEO program. His leading edge book, “Creating and Delivering Totally Awesome Customer Experiences” provides the framework to help companies create “WOW” and “Memorable” customer experiences customers talk about and share with others, creating “Word-of-Mouth on Steroids” using social channels.

Blaine lives in Woodinville with his phenomenal wife, Lorrie, a relationship and life counselor. They have three children, Krystal, Jason (JB), and Katrina.
