Accessing capital is, for many small and mid-sized businesses, the most important challenge they face in their quest to succeed, or in some cases to survive. CEO to CEO will offer an unusual panel of experts who will explore "Accessing Capital: the Key to Business Turnaround and Success."

Al Davis, a principal with Revitalization Partners, guides turnaround of troubled companies, including helping them with accessing capital. Davis, one time key executive with Intel before serving as CEO of several companies for which he created turnaround strategies, is also a partner in Revitalization Capital Partners, a distressed-investment fund.

Andy Dale is managing director of Montlake Capital (formerly Buerk Dale Victor) , a growth equity firm that partners with rapidly growing companies across the Western U.S. Dale has served as managing director for 10 years and has been involved with building and growing companies as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and investment banker for a total of 20 years.

Michael F. Brustkern is managing director of Exvere Inc., a firm he founded in 1992 and through which he has built a reputation for successfully advising Northwest businesses on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other capital transactions.

The panel will be moderated by Mike Flynn, retired publisher of Puget Sound Business Journal, who has conducted such panel discussions before a variety of audiences on important business issues and with key business leaders, for more than 20 years.
