How Teams Work – The Details

Team working around a tableCUSTOMER CENTRIC INNOVATION TEAMS are groups comprised of your peers. There are two options available to an organization. Your organization can choose to participate in either one or both of these teams.

  • “Executive Leadership” Team(s) include CEOs, Presidents, or Business Owners of companies, organizations, and non-profits
  • “Management Leadership” (VP and C-level) of the organizations represented by their Primary Leader (more than one leader from a company can attend the group)

You can choose to participate in just the “Executive Leadership” team for yourself or you can participate in the “Executive Leadership” team AND have one or more members of your management team participate in the “Management Leadership” team. In order to have members of your management team participate in the “Management Leadership” team, you need to be part of a “Executive Leadership” team.

Leaders in either team meet with their peers from other non-competing companies in separate groups monthly. The two different groups will generally not meet on the same day. The day of the week each group meets will be determined by the group members.

The purpose of the two groups is to learn, share experiences and insights, create synergy among their peer level, and discuss the strategy and ideas pertinent to their position in the organization. This allows each group to gain in-depth knowledge and have meaningful discussion on key topics surrounding Customer Centricity. This allows both teams to learn from all leadership levels, ensuring a much higher probability of success.

How the teams are organized

Here are the specific details of how the teams are organized:

  • Each Customer Centric Innovation Team (both “Executive Leadership” and “Management Leadership”) will be made up of no more than 15 individuals
  • Each team will meet once per month, ten times each year…there are no sessions in August and December
  • Each monthly team meeting will last 4 hours, starting at 7:30am and ending at 11:30am
  • The location of these Team Meetings will be announced to the group prior to kickoff
  • Groups are facilitated by Blaine Millet and Michael Langhout – both expert facilitators who work with executives on a daily basis in the areas of Customer Centricity, Leadership Development, Social Media Strategy, and Branding

Membership in the Group…

  • Executive Leadership Membership
    • Annual fee of $7,500 (includes all 10 sessions for the year)
    • Up to 2 hours of consulting per month for 10 months included with each membership
    • There is no initiation fee to join a team
    • We offer a 3 session guarantee – if at the end of 3 sessions this program just isn’t for you, we will cancel your membership and you will simply be charged $1500 for the three months you participated without any obligation for the remainder of the annual membership
  • Management Leadership Membership
    • Annual fee of $3,500 for each member (includes all 10 sessions for the year)
    • There is no initiation fee to join a team
    • We offer a 3 session guarantee – if at the end of 3 sessions this program just isn’t for you, we will cancel your membership and you will simply be charged $1200 for the three months you participated without any obligation for the remainder of the annual membership
