Sometimes a good question is worth a thousand facts.

Thanks to his participation at the CEOtoCEO Breakfast I’ve had the pleasure of getting acquainted with John Meisenbach founder and CEO of MCM.

MCM has grown to become one of the largest privately held benefits consulting and insurance brokerage firms in the Northwest.

John is well known and respected by many due to the individual attention and expertise that he brings to each of his clients and his active involvement in numerous industry and civic organizations.

In getting to know John I learned he has a very effective way to learn about others by asking two thought provoking questions:

1.  What is the most significant thing that has ever happened to you?

2.  What is the best advice you have ever received?

How would you answer these questions?

What do your answers tell you about yourself?

What might you learn about others by the answers they provide to these questions?

One Response to Sometimes a good question is worth a thousand facts.

  1. Thanks for some other great post. Where else may just anybody
get that type of info in such a perfect method of writing?
