It is time to enjoy the Boys of Summer and have a little fun as the Seattle Mariners are on the edge of ending the longest active playoff drought among major men's North American professional Sports League.

In 2001 the Mariners won a record 116 games and lost the American League Championship to the New York Yankees. This season the Mariners are poised to get back to the playoffs and end the drought.

As the month of September progresses there is an echo of the sounds of the past with "Believe Big" and "You Gotta Love These Guys" reappearing as the Mariners continue to delight fans and silence the critics.

Longtime Sportscaster Tom Glasgow hosted this special CEOtoCEO event with former MLB & Mariner pitcher Bill Krueger and a special guest, former Seattle Mariner catcher Dan Wilson. The three talked about the upcoming playoff picture and the behind the scene stories as the Mariners make this historic run in the 2022 season.

Both Glasgow and Krueger are principals in the new formed Seattle based speakers bureau 4Seam Leadership that provides professional speakers, expert panels, and M.C.'s for events and meetings. Speakers include professional athletes, coaches, broadcasters and business leaders with the mission to "Bring out the Greatness in Others."

Field Pass is an exclusive program of new 4Seam Leadership Speaker's Bureau that provides companies the opportunity to sponsor a company branded broadcast, or live performance focused on local sports teams or leagues. Companies are able to promote the exclusive broadcasts or live performances to their customers and, or, employees.

Tom Glasgow has been covering the Seattle sports scene for more than 40 years. The Tacoma native is currently seen on ROOT SPORTS as part of the Seattle Mariners pre and postgame shows, and hosts Seattle Kraken pre and postgame shows. Over the course of his career Tom has served in a wide range of rolls including play-by-play for the NBA's Vancouver Grizzlies, Pac-12 football and basketball, and for ten years was the TV voice of Big Sky Conference football. He hopes this is the season, a World Series title comes to Seattle, and he's still angry about the Sonics being ripped away from the loyal fans of the Green and Gold. He is a principal founding member of 4Seam Leadership, and if you look closely and don't blink, you'll see him opposite Jared Leto in the film Prefontaine.

As a former Major League pitcher, Bill Krueger has an inspiring story of "Finding Greatness." An exceptional storyteller, he provides personal leadership insights from the various relationships he built over his career with coaches and business professionals. From these experiences, he shares principles that help successful individuals and teams reach higher and achieve more. Bill is a co-founding partner of 4SeamLeadership and remains highly visible in his role for Root Sports Northwest as a Senior Analyst for Seattle Mariners Baseball.

As a left-handed pitcher, Bill played for 13 seasons and was a member of the 1988 World Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. He finished with a 68-66 record and won the American League Pitcher of the Month Award twice. After retiring from Major League Baseball in 1996, Bill became a sports broadcaster for Seattle's Sports radio 950 KJR and on television with Root Sports Northwest. He has established himself as an expert baseball analyst. Bill is a principal founding member of 4Seam Leadership

Dan Wilson played 12 of his 14 Major League seasons for the Mariners (1994-2005), catching more innings than any other player in Mariners history (1,281). He was a member of every Mariners team to have reached the playoffs.

His combination of statistical achievement, leadership on the field and commitment to the Seattle community make him a worthy member of the Mariners Hall of Fame. Dan represented the Mariners on the 1996 American League All-Star team.

He owns the Mariners career records for home runs by a catcher (including two inside-the-park home runs), and the club's single season records for catchers in RBI's (83, 1996).

Dan ended his career with a .995 fielding percentage, at the time the highest for any catcher in American League, and the sixth highest in Major League history.

Dan is currently part of the Mariners broadcast team on radio and television.
