Tom Hoban is Chairman and co-founder of Hoban Family Office and The Coast Group of Companies, a diversified group of property management, facility services, construction and investment firms with specialty focus on mixed-use, multi-family, commercial, retail, industrial, self-storage, condominium associations and flex income properties in the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest.

After a start in business as a commercial banker with a major national bank in Seattle, Tom and his brother, Shawn Hoban, CEO, CCIM, CPM, formed the first of the Coast Group of Companies in 1987. The two continue to be active in the companies, leading and guiding their clients and their investments into growth and opportunities.
